New plushies of Frieren and Fern from the hit anime and manga series Sousou no Frieren are now available for pre-order. The “Kuikui” series features a unique design where the character’s neck is gently tilted, making it look up at you with an endearing expression.
About the Kuikui Plushies
The “Kuikui” line is a series of sitting plushies with a distinctive bent neck. The characters appear to be softly gazing upward, making them perfect for displaying on a desk or taking along on outings for photos. The set includes two characters: Frieren and Fern.
Frieren is an elf mage who has lived for over a thousand years and was part of the hero party that defeated the Demon King. She is a magic otaku with an insatiable curiosity for any kind of magic, though she is also lazy and dry in personality. After the death of Himmel, she decided she wanted to understand humans. She now travels with Fern and Stark toward the resting place of souls, Aureole.
Fern is a mage who travels as Frieren’s disciple. She was a war orphan raised by Heiter, and from a young age she developed exceptional mana control. Through Frieren’s training, she passed the first-class mage exam. She often acts as a mother figure to the carefree Frieren, but around Stark and the others, she shows the expressions of a girl her age.

About Sousou no Frieren
The manga is written by Yamada Kanehito and illustrated by Abe Tsukasa, serialized in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday. The story takes place in a world after the Demon King has been defeated by the hero and his party. It follows Frieren, a mage who has lived for over a thousand years and fought alongside the hero, as she embarks on a journey with new companions. The series has released 15 volumes so far, with a worldwide cumulative circulation of over 35 million copies. The TV anime’s third season, the Golden Land arc, is set to begin airing on Nippon TV in October 2027.
