Haikyuu!! Hinata Shouyou Becomes a Steiff Teddy Bear – Handcrafted Limited Edition with Exclusive Tags

A new collaboration between Haikyuu!! and the German luxury plush brand Steiff has resulted in a special teddy bear featuring Hinata Shouyou. The “Haikyuu!! Steiff Collaboration Teddy Bear Hinata Shouyou” is now available for pre-order exclusively at TOHO animation STORE ONLINE.

Haikyuu!! is a manga by Furudate Haruichi that was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. It depicts the story of high school boys dedicating their youth to volleyball. The television anime began airing in 2014. The theatrical film Haikyuu!! The Dumpster Battle was released on February 16, 2024, and grossed over 20 billion yen worldwide. In 2027, the film Haikyuu!! VS Little Giant featuring a match between Karasuno and Kamomedai, and a special anime Haikyuu!! Where the Monsters Go depicting the battle between Fukurodani and Mujinazaka, are scheduled for release.

This product is a special teddy bear realized through collaboration with the German luxury plush brand Steiff. The left ear features Steiff’s signature “button in ear,” and the tag is engraved with the production year and serial number. Additionally, it comes with a “white tag + red text” Steiff tag, a mark of a limited edition item.

The teddy bear is made of mohair, giving it a smooth, silky texture and a beautiful luster that exudes luxury. Its limbs are movable, allowing owners to pose it as they like. On the soles of the feet, Hinata Shouyou’s name and birthday are embroidered. The Karasuno High School uniform it wears is made of soft, stretchy polyester material.

Because each bear is handcrafted by artisans, every one has a slightly different expression, and no two are exactly alike. Shipping is scheduled to begin in May 2027.
