Kamakura Goro Honten, with its main store on Komachi Street in the ancient city of Kamakura, has sold over 300 million of its signature “Kamakura Hangetsu” cookies. The new Doraemon version features a winking Doraemon printed on the large, half-moon-shaped wafer, which is praised for its light sweetness and crispy, aromatic texture.
The cookie is filled with a fluffy, light caramel-flavored cream, and crunchy caramel candy chips add a delightful texture. The flavor is designed to be enjoyed by everyone from small children to the elderly, making it a perfect summer holiday snack.
Individual wrappers come in three charming designs, including Doraemon napping on a crescent moon. The wrappers are randomly packed, so opening the box is a surprise. Additionally, the 8-piece set includes an original sticker with a sparkling finish, ideal for decorating notebooks or smartphones.
