Production company CyberAgent has opened an official website for the television anime adaptation of Mozuku Sora and Higoro Toumori‘s manga Sensou Kyoushitsu (also known as The Bugle Call: Song of War). The announcement came on Tuesday, along with the main staff, a teaser visual, and a teaser promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2027.

Manga Background
Sora and Toumori began serializing the military fantasy series in Jump SQ. in September 2022. On April 6, the decision was made to transfer the manga to Jump SQ.Rise beginning in the Summer 2026 issue. Shueisha published the 13th volume on February 4, with the 14th volume scheduled for July 3.
Viz Media licensed the manga in English in October 2024. The seventh volume went on sale on June 2, and the eighth volume is planned for an August 4 release.
Synopsis
