The first-ever “Patlabor Exhibition” will be held within the Wonder Festival 2026 Summer on July 26, 2026, at Makuhari Messe. This special booth will feature award-winning entries from the official model contest, new product displays from multiple manufacturers, and advance sale of exclusive goods.
Patlabor EZY, which generated huge buzz upon its production announcement, released File 1 on May 15, 2026. File 2 is scheduled for August 14, and File 3 will follow in March 2027.
Exhibition Highlights
At the “1st Patlabor Exhibition In Wonder Festival 2026 Summer” booth, organized by ARTHOBYCOMM, visitors can see the winning works of the official Patlabor model contest in person. The three-dimensional presence, fine details, and craftsmanship that cannot be fully conveyed through online photos will be on display. At the ARTHOBYCOMM counter on the day, a special “Patlabor Deforme Mech Sticker” created exclusively for this Wonder Festival will be distributed.
Company Sample Displays
Five companies—Good Smile Company, Genco, threezero, Aoshima Bunka Kyozai, and Kaiyodo—will showcase sample products related to Patlabor.
Official Goods
Notable official merchandise includes 1/48 scale mini figures of Kuga Towa and Amatori Kippei from the latest Patlabor EZY series, as well as a 1/150 scale labor carrier. Other items include a BABEL towel, a Shanghai Tei towel, and goods tied to the novel “Sushi-ya no Gotou.” A 1/60 scale figure of Gotou-taicho with a mini patrol car will also be available.
Patlabor EZY File 2 Corner
A dedicated display corner for Patlabor EZY File 2, which is nearing its release, will be set up—fans will not want to miss it. Note that the planned sale of “Hiromi-chan’s freshly picked tomatoes” has been canceled because the tomatoes in Gunma Prefecture did not reach the required size due to recent unfavorable weather. Visitors are advised to be aware of this change before attending.
The “1st Patlabor Exhibition” is open to all Wonder Festival 2026 Summer attendees free of charge. Anyone visiting the event is welcome to stop by the booth.
