Summer anime Mushoku Tensei III: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu has released the synopsis and preview cuts for episode 5, titled “Oiwai” (Celebration), which airs on July 26, 2026 (Sunday).
Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu is a landmark isekai light novel series by Rifujin na Magonote, with over 18 million copies in circulation. The story follows a 34-year-old NEET who dies in a traffic accident and is reincarnated as a baby in a world of swords and magic. As the boy Rudeus, he uses his past-life memories and regrets to live his new life with determination, facing encounters and trials in a grand fantasy adventure.
After the first season (January 2021) and second season (July 2023), the third season depicts Rudeus as he overcomes hardships and begins building a new family. Directed by Shibuya Ryousuke and animated by Studio Bind, Mushoku Tensei III delves deeper into his journey.

Episode 5 “Oiwai” (Celebration) Preview
In episode 5, Rudeus realizes that they have not yet celebrated Norn and Aisha’s tenth birthday. To buy presents for the two, he heads out into town with Sylphiette and Roxy.

Episodes 1 and 2 (Eris Training Arc) will air as a special consecutive broadcast on July 4 (Saturday) at 20:00 on TOKYO MX, with simultaneous streaming on ABEMA and d Anime Store. Subsequent episodes air weekly from July 26 on TOKYO MX, BS11, Sun TV, and KBS Kyoto, with streaming on ABEMA and d Anime Store.
