Pochacco, Tuxedo Sam, Kerokerokeroppi, and the rest of Sanrio’s “Hapidanbui” unit are teaming up with JR-PLUS for a summer campaign that brings exclusive ekiben, character-themed food items, and a lineup of original merchandise to stations along the Tokaido Shinkansen.

“Hapidanbui Collaboration Campaign” Runs August 4 – September 7
Sanrio’s Hapidanbui is a unit of six male characters — Pochacco, Tuxedo Sam, Kerokerokeroppi, Bad Badtz-Maru, Hangyodon, and Ahiru no Pekkle — who operate under the slogan “With everyone, anything is ‘daijoubuy’!” The unit name carries the meaning of “aiming for a V-shaped recovery,” and they debuted in 2020. Their official fan name is “danbii.”
Now Hapidanbui and JR-PLUS are collaborating on the “Hapidanbui Collaboration Campaign,” running from August 4 (Tuesday) to September 7 (Monday), 2026. The campaign features a newly drawn summer design showing the characters with sun-kissed skin, ready for summer outings. It includes original goods, as well as rice balls, sandwiches, and sweets with special collaboration labels.
The campaign will be held at stores between Tokyo Station and Shin-Osaka Station, including PLUSTA, Bellmart, Bellmart Kiosk, Grand Kiosk, Gift Kiosk, Kiosk, Precious Deli, Precious Deli & Gift, and Delica Station.

Collaboration Ekiben: “Hapidanbui Ekiben”
The “Hapidanbui Ekiben” is a station bento packed with menu items inspired by the initials of the six Hapidanbui members. It comes with an original flag featuring the characters, and each box includes one randomly selected novelty: an “Original Mini Acrylic Stand” (6 types in total).

The ekiben will be sold at JR Tokai Retailing Plus stores at Tokyo Station, Shinagawa Station, Shin-Yokohama Station, Shizuoka Station, Nagoya Station, Kyoto Station, and Shin-Osaka Station. (At Shizuoka Station, sales are on August 4, 8, and 9, with irregular sales thereafter.) Price: 1,650 yen (tax included).
Character-Themed Packaging and Collaboration Goods
Using the cute Hapidanbui design, original labels and packaging will be applied to rice balls, sandwiches, sweets, and bread. Each item is themed after a specific character.
In addition, original goods featuring the newly drawn design are not to be missed. The lineup includes trading items, a clear file (with index), a drawstring pouch, a sticker set, and more.
Sales begin August 4 at select stores at Tokyo Station, Shinagawa Station, Shin-Yokohama Station, Odawara Station, Mishima Station, Shin-Fuji Station, Shizuoka Station, Kakegawa Station, Hamamatsu Station, Toyohashi Station, Okazaki Station, Anjo Station, Kariya Station, Kanayama Station, Nagoya Station, Owari-Ichinomiya Station, Gifu Station, Ozone Station, Shigekawa Station, Kasugai Station, Tajimi Station, Tsu Station, Kyoto Station, and Shin-Osaka Station.
The eight original goods will also be available on the EC site “PLUSTA ONLINE STORE” and within JR Tokai MARKET’s “PLUSTA ONLINE STORE” from September 8 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM.
Please note that using stores inside the Tokaido Shinkansen ticket gates requires a valid ticket or platform ticket.
