New merchandise featuring freshly drawn illustrations from Gakuen Idolmaster (Gakumas) will be released by Animate on October 10, 2026. The “ECLIPSE LIGHT”-themed collection includes ぱしゃこれ photo cards, acrylic stands, tote bags, and big towels, with Kotone’s monochrome costume drawing particular attention.
What is Gakuen Idolmaster?
Gakumas, the latest entry in the Idolmaster series, debuted in 2024 as an idol training simulation game. Players step into the role of a producer at Hatsuboshi Gakuen, an idol training school, guiding aspiring idols who each face their own challenges and possess unique charms.
Since the mobile game’s release on May 16, 2024, the franchise has expanded into CDs, merchandise, and live events, allowing fans to enjoy school life with a new generation of idols.
ECLIPSE LIGHT Merchandise Lineup
The “ECLIPSE LIGHT” collection features ぱしゃこれ photo cards and acrylic stands alongside tote bags and big towels. The ぱしゃこれ set includes costumes from “Kokon Touzai Chochoi no Choi” and “ENDLESS DANCE,” with Kotone’s monochrome outfit standing out as a highlight. The ぱしゃこれ lineup comprises 38 standard designs plus 38 foil-stamped rare versions.

ECLIPSE LIGHT Fair in Animate
The “Gakuen Idolmaster -ECLIPSE LIGHT- Fair in Animate” will run from October 10 to November 23, 2026, at all Animate stores nationwide and the Animate online shop. During the fair, customers who purchase or reserve Gakuen Idolmaster-related goods (every 1,100 yen including tax) or books and audio-visual products (with a minimum 1,100 yen deposit per item) will receive one postcard per qualifying transaction.
The postcard bonus includes 13 designs total: 6 types in the first half (October 10–30) and 7 types in the second half (October 31–November 23). Postcards are distributed at random and cannot be selected.
