Limited-edition Steam Cream cans featuring scenes from the Pingu clay animation series went on sale on August 12, 2026 (Wednesday), available in limited quantities.
Pingu is a stop-motion animation created by Swiss filmmaker Otmar Gutmann. The test film that became the basis for Pingu was made in 1980, and 2025 marked the 45th anniversary. Since 1990, the TV series has aired in more than 155 countries and regions, and the warm, humorous stories of the penguin boy Pingu and his friends have been loved worldwide.
These special items capture popular scenes from the clay animation, offering a touch of excitement and healing every time you pick them up during your daily skincare routine. They help protect skin that tends to become sensitive due to summer air conditioning dryness.
