Sanrio’s beloved characters My Melody and Kuromi are back at Tokyo Dome Hotel for the third installment of the “Sanrio Character Room” collaboration. Reservations for the special rooms—limited to one room per day—will open on September 1, 2026.
This new edition adopts a freshly drawn “goodnight” concept, imagining a dreamy day spent with My Melody and Kuromi from bath time to falling asleep. Matching eye masks and other amenities are prepared to immerse guests in the world of these Sanrio icons, offering a one-of-a-kind overnight experience.
My Melody Room
The My Melody room is filled with cuteness. The walls feature My Melody and her friend My Sweet Piano riding a teapot carriage, dressed up and heading to an amusement park. Near the window overlooking Tokyo Dome City, a photo frame and lounge space are set up, while the bathroom and closet mirror also carry the theme throughout the room.
As part of the plan, each guest receives a set of original goods—a plushie, an eye mask, and a pouch—featuring a Tokyo Dome Hotel exclusive design to take home as a souvenir.
Kuromi Room
Meanwhile, the Kuromi room exudes a luxurious vibe. The space is decorated with Kuromi and her sidekick Baku preparing for a party at an amusement park, surrounded by an abundance of sweets. Kuromi appears by the window, in the bathroom, and on the closet mirror, while multiple framed artworks set up in the room add to the playful atmosphere.
Just like the My Melody room, guests staying in the Kuromi room receive a set of Tokyo Dome Hotel exclusive original goods (plushie, eye mask, and pouch) per person.

The Sanrio Character Rooms at Tokyo Dome Hotel are available for stays from October 1 (Thu) to December 31 (Thu), 2026, with each room limited to one per day. The twin room rate is 63,900 yen per night (for up to 2 guests), and the triple room rate is 75,900 yen per night (for 3 guests), including breakfast, service charge, and taxes.
