Sunshine City Prince Hotel in Ikebukuro has teamed up with the TV anime Hana Kimi (Hana-zakari no Kimitachi e) for a special collaboration stay plan. Starting September 19, 2026, guests can enjoy a themed room and exclusive amenities featuring newly drawn artwork.
Hana Kimi is based on the manga by Nakajo Hisaya, serialized in Hakusensha’s Hana to Yume from 1996’s 20th issue to 2004’s 18th issue. The story follows Ashiya Mizuki, a girl who transfers to an all-boys school from America, disguising her gender to pursue her crush, Sano Izumi. The TV anime’s first season aired from January to March 2026, with season 2 beginning July 1.
For the collaboration, new illustrations have been drawn featuring the three main characters—Ashiya Mizuki, Sano Izumi, and Nakatsu Shuichi—dressed in an “Autumn Outing Coord” theme. The artwork depicts them enjoying autumn activities such as viewing fall leaves, shopping, and strolling through town.
The collaboration room allows guests to immerse themselves in the world of the series. Set in Ikebukuro, a hub for anime and manga culture, the space recreates the atmosphere of the story with visuals based on the autumn-themed illustrations. As part of the plan, original amenities include a set of three acrylic stands, a lunch tote, a character fine hotel card key holder, and a hotel card key. Guests can take the card key home after their stay.
The collaboration stay plan is available from September 19 to December 19, 2026. The price is 21,800 yen per person (when two people share a room) without breakfast, including one night’s accommodation, the three original amenities, tax, and service charges. Reservations open on September 1, 2026, at noon via the hotel’s official website.
