Voice actress Takao Kanon, known for roles such as Togawa Sakiko in BanG Dream! Ave Mujica and Hoshimiya Hikari in Haibara-kun no Tsuyokute Seishun New Game, will release her first photobook, Ichio (一音), on September 10, 2026. The book will be available at Animate, Gamers, and other retailers.
The photobook captures Takao in a variety of outfits and locations, drawing out new facets of her charm. Editing and production are handled by Seiyuu Grand Prix, the magazine behind numerous voice actor photobooks.
Digital editions come with a store-common exclusive cover (the regular cover is not included) and a digital-only bonus featuring photos not printed in the physical book.
Store-Specific Bonuses
Animate offers an “Animate Set” with an acrylic stand, while the regular edition includes two randomly selected L-size bromide photos with reproduced signatures and comments.
Gamers sells a “Super Limited Edition” with an A4-size another photo book and an MF muffler towel, as well as a limited edition with just the A4 photo book. The regular edition at Gamers also includes two random L-size bromide photos with reproduced signatures and comments.
For reservations and purchases at AKIHABARA Gamers main store or its online shop, an additional bonus is offered: a store-limited L-size bromide with a reproduced signature and comment (same design).
InfoSquare offers a limited edition with a B2 tapestry, a set of two acrylic keyholders, and a set of three can badges. The regular edition includes an InfoSquare-exclusive cover and three randomly selected stickers with reproduced signatures and comments.
Events and Campaigns
Animate and Gamers will hold a signing event where winners (selected by lottery) can have a signature and the recipient’s name written on a page of their choice. The event is scheduled for November 15, 2026, at a location in Tokyo. Applications close on October 19, 2026, with winners notified around late October.
AKIHABARA Gamers will host a panel exhibition from September 8, 2026, for about two weeks. A campaign will give away one of the displayed panels, signed and addressed to the winner, via lottery. Entry forms are distributed with reservations or purchases made between September 8 and October 12, 2026.
