The official website for the television anime adaptation of Nao Iwamoto‘s Marronnier Oukoku no Shichinin no Kishi (The Seven Knights of the Marronnier Kingdom) manga has revealed additional cast members, the opening theme, and the second promotional video. The series is scheduled to premiere on October 3 at 6:25 p.m. on NHK E-Tele.

Opening Theme
Singer-songwriter yama performs the opening theme “Sayonara wa Iwanai,” with Seiji Kameda handling the arrangement. The theme is previewed in the second promotional video.
Staff
Kiyoko Sayama directs the anime at J.C.Staff, with Shinzou Fujita handling series composition and script. Yuriko Maeda is designing the characters, and Yoshiaki Fujisawa composes the music.
Manga
Iwamoto began drawing the historical comedy manga in monthly Flowers magazine in September 2016. Shogakukan published the 11th volume on June 10.
