The stage event for the TV anime adaptation of Motomi Kyousuke’s Dengeki Daisy manga at the Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair 2026 revealed additional cast and staff, a new key visual, and the first promotional video on Saturday. The series will air for two consecutive cours starting January 2027.

Ueno Souta (Gimai Seikatsu) is directing the anime at Studio Deen, with Hirabayashi Sawako (Tsuma, Shougakusei ni Naru.) handling series composition. Murakami Ayaka (Binan Koukou Chikyuu Bouei-bu Haikara!) is designing the characters, and Yokoyama Masaru (Horimiya) is composing the music.
Motomi Kyousuke serialized the shoujo romance comedy manga in Betsucomi from May 2007 to October 2013. Shogakukan published the 16th and final volume in February 2014.
VIZ Media licensed the manga in English in July 2010 and published the 16th and final volume in April 2015.
