New muffler towels based on Meitantei PreCure!, the 23rd entry in the PreCure series, are now available for pre-order. “Muffler Towel Ver.2” and “Muffler Towel Ver.3” are being offered at Premium Bandai, with shipments scheduled for November 2026.
What to know about Meitantei PreCure!
Meitantei PreCure! begins when Akechi Anna, who has just celebrated her birthday in 2027, meets a fairy calling itself Pochitan and is enveloped in a mysterious light, sending her back in time to 1999. In that world, she comes across Kobayashi Mikuru, a girl who dreams of becoming a detective, and Jet-senpai, a fairy who claims to be a genius scientist. After joining the Kyuatto Detective Agency, Anna decides to become a fine detective and transforms into Meitantei PreCure, tackling a variety of difficult cases to reclaim clients’ precious belongings from the Phantom thief gang.
On September 18, the series’ first theatrical film, Eiga Meitantei PreCure! Fushigi na Niwa to Futari no Himitsu (The Mysterious Garden and the Two’s Secret), opened nationwide.
Towel lineup and ordering
The new towels feature Cure Answer, Cure Mystic, Cure Éclair, Cure Arcana, and Cure Arcana Shadow. With full-body character illustrations, they create a strong sense of presence when displayed together in your room.
Each towel is priced at 2,530 yen. Pre-orders are being accepted at Premium Bandai until September 27, 2026 at 23:00, with delivery planned for November 2026.
