A brand new character is coming to Disney Twisted-Wonderland, and fans are already digging for clues. During the Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair (Kyomafu) 2026 special stage on September 20, a special video for an upcoming in-game event revealed the mystery character’s silhouette and a short voice sample.
Twisted-Wonderland has built its identity on inspired reinterpretations of Disney villains, and this latest teaser is no exception. The character’s line, “Who is the king of this sweet world?” has drawn immediate comparisons to King Candy from the Disney film Wreck-It Ralph. Fans point out that the silhouette—even down to a prop that looks like a microphone—fits the ruler of the candy-coated racing game Sugar Rush.
But the voice is just as big a talking point. Although the official voice actor has not been announced, many listeners are convinced they recognize veteran voice actor Fukuyama Jun. Some are less sure, offering their own candidates as the debate continues online.
As of now, only the silhouette and a partial voice clip have been officially revealed—no character name or cast confirmation yet. That may change soon.
