Third Season Confirmed
The 13th and final episode of Hell Mode: Yarikomizuki no Gamer wa Hai Settei no Isekai de Musou suru 2nd Season ended on Friday with the announcement that a third season is in production. The official website also revealed an announcement visual.
Broadcast and Streaming
Yokohama Animation Lab produced the anime. The first season aired in 12 episodes in Winter 2026, and the second season premiered on July 4. Sentai Filmworks licensed the series, while HIDIVE is simulcasting it with multiple subtitles.
Light Novel and Manga
The anime adapts Hamuo’s adventure fantasy light novel, which began on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in November 2019. Earth Star Entertainment acquired the novel under its Earth Star Novel imprint in July 2020, with illustrations by Mo. The 14th volume went on sale on July 15.
Enji Tetta began drawing a manga adaptation on the Comic Earth☆Star web magazine in October 2020. The manga’s 14th volume was released on July 10.
J-Novel Club licensed the light novel and manga in English in July 2021 and July 2023, respectively. The 12th light novel volume went on sale on August 5, and the 11th manga volume was released on September 2.
