Voice actress Yuina, known for voicing Wien Margarete in Love Live! Superstar!! and for performing as a member of the school idol group Liella!, will release her first photobook on January 20, 2027. The book was shot in Penang, Malaysia, and preorders are now being accepted.
The photobook will feature scenes from beaches, resort hotels, the UNESCO World Heritage streets of George Town, water city locations, and night markets, capturing sides of Yuina that fans do not usually see along with her natural expressions. Store-specific bonus information has also been released.
Photographer Higashi Kyousuke shot the book in Penang, one of Malaysia’s leading resort destinations. The locations include beaches, a resort hotel, the streets of George Town, a water city, and a night market, creating an atmosphere rich with Asian exotic charm.
The photobook is designed to let readers feel as if they are traveling through Penang with Yuina. Preview cuts have already been released.
Yuina commented, “I am happy to announce that my first photobook will be released! It has been a long-cherished wish, and it was one of my dreams!” She added, “We shot it in Malaysia, a place I visited for the first time. I think the book contains a huge number of sides of me that you do not usually see, as well as my natural expressions.”
Bonus items will be offered by different bookstores. Shosen will have a paid acrylic stand bonus; Gamers will offer a paid acrylic stand bonus and random bromides with limited designs across three types; Animate will include a three-piece bromide set with a printed signature and comment, among other items. Amazon, Rakuten Books, Seven Net Shopping, and others will also include limited-design bromides. Bonuses will end as soon as they run out.
Events are also planned to celebrate the release. An online signing session will be held on January 20, 2027, and a photobook handover event will take place on January 24, 2027, at HMV Esola Ikebukuro. Sales for both the online signing session and the handover event will begin on September 29, 2026 at 11:00.
