TV anime Blue Lock characters are getting a cat-inspired makeover. The new merchandise line withCAT illustration Ver. turns Isagi Yoichi, Chigiri Hyouma, Nagi Seishirou, Mikage Reo, Itoshi Rin, and Itoshi Sae into cat designs.
Blue Lock is set at Blue Lock, a facility that trains the world’s best striker to lead Japan to a World Cup victory. The story follows high school forwards as they compete to reach the top. The TV anime’s first season began in 2022, and 2024 brought both a theatrical film and the second TV anime season. The original manga has surpassed 60 million copies in worldwide circulation.
A live-action film starring Takahashi Fumiya has been in theaters since Friday, August 7, 2026. It is produced by CREDEUS, which has worked on the Kingdom series, Kokuhou, SAKAMOTO DAYS, and other titles.
withCAT illustration Ver. Adds a Heisei Retro Pop Look
The withCAT series is designed so fans can carry favorite characters in a subtle cat motif. This new illustration Ver. uses Heisei retro-style designs, with matching eye masks and a pop atmosphere as key features.
