The beloved picture book series, `Pan Dorobou`, has arrived at the online lottery service “Kujibikidou”! Unique characters like `Nise Pan Dorobou` and `Nazo no Furansupan` are now featured as delightful prizes.
The picture book `Pan Dorobou`, illustrated by Shibata Keiko, launched its online lottery service “Kujibikidou” on September 11, 2025. The series, created by the talented Shibata Keiko, follows `Pan Dorobou`, who is always on the hunt for delicious bread, alongside a cast of distinctive characters like the bread shop owner, the `Nise Pan Dorobou` (Fake Bread Thief), and `Nazo no Furansupan` (Mysterious French Bread).
Since its debut in 2020 with the first book, `Pan Dorobou`, the series has expanded with titles like `Pan Dorobou vs Nise Pan Dorobou`, `Pan Dorobou to Nazo no Furansupan`, `Pan Dorobou Onigiri Bouya no Tabidachi` (Pan Dorobou: Onigiri Bouya’s Journey), `Pan Dorobou to Hokkahokkaa` (Pan Dorobou and the Toasty Car), and `Pan Dorobou to Ringokamen` (Pan Dorobou and Apple Mask). The seventh installment, `Pan Dorobou to Suiitsu Ouji` (Pan Dorobou and the Sweets Prince), was released on September 10, 2025. As of September 2025, the series has achieved a cumulative total of 4.8 million copies in print.
In addition to the main series, the franchise also includes a bread recipe book titled `Pan Dorobou no Sekaiiichi Oishii Pan Reshipi` (Pan Dorobou’s World’s Tastiest Bread Recipes) and various MOOK books with special extras. With an anime adaptation also announced, its popularity is clearly skyrocketing!

The “Kujibikidou `Pan Dorobou` Online Kuji” features a range of S to D Prizes, many utilizing newly drawn illustrations by the original creator, Shibata Keiko.
The highly sought-after S Prize, “Choose Your Cushion,” features these fresh illustrations, making for an adorable addition to any sofa or bed. Winners can select their favorite design from two available options.

The A Prize offers “Stacking Mug Cups,” perfect for daily use, while the B Prize provides “Hand Towels with Loops,” which are conveniently designed for hanging. Both of these tiers also showcase the charming new illustrations.
