The highly anticipated “TV Anime Ranma 1/2 CAFE ~Kakutou Demai Race~” is set to open its doors for a limited time from November 7th to December 14th, 2025, in both Ikebukuro, Tokyo, and Umeda, Osaka. This exciting theme cafe celebrates the broadcast of the second season of the TV anime, featuring brand-new merchandise adorned with charming illustrations of the characters dashing with “okamochi” (delivery boxes) in hand.

About Ranma 1/2

For those unfamiliar, Ranma 1/2 is a chaotic martial arts romantic comedy based on the beloved manga by Takahashi Rumiko. The story follows Saotome Ranma, a martial artist with a peculiar curse: he transforms into a girl when splashed with cold water and reverts to a boy with hot water. His everyday life is anything but ordinary, constantly intertwined with his fiancée, Tendou Akane—the third daughter of the Tendou Dojo—and a vibrant cast of eccentric characters. This timeless classic has recently received a “completely new animation project,” with its first season airing and streaming since October 2024, and the second season having just begun its broadcast on NTV from October 4th, 2025.
