New goods featuring newly drawn illustrations of characters from the TV anime Bungou Stray Dogs in traditional Japanese attire with a seasonal “Ajisai” (Hydrangea) theme are now available. Pre-orders are being accepted until May 30th.

Bungou Stray Dogs is a supernatural battle action series where characters named after real-life literary masters such as Nakajima Atsushi, Dazai Osamu, and Akutagawa Ryuunosuke play active roles using unique abilities. The manga, written by Asagiri Kafka and illustrated by Harukawa 35, is currently serialized in “Young Ace”.

The TV anime has aired a total of five seasons since its first season in 2016. In addition to the anime, the series has developed various media mixes, including stage plays, and saw the release of its first live-action film, Bungou Stray Dogs BEAST, in 2022. Looking ahead, April 2026 will mark the “Anime 10th Anniversary,” and the one-year period leading up to it is planned as a pre-celebration phase with twelve “pre-celebration projects.”

The new merchandise features deformed versions of Nakajima Atsushi, Dazai Osamu, Akutagawa Ryuunosuke, Nakahara Chuuya, Fyodor D, and Nikolai G, all dressed in traditional Japanese clothing.

These new goods are part of the “Charadishonal Toy” brand, a brand themed around the fusion of characters and traditional elements, this time focusing on “Ajisai”.

The lineup includes standard collection items like “Trading Can Badges” and “Acrylic Stands,” as well as a total of 6 types of “Trading Clear Cards,” a “Sticker Set” containing 7 stickers, and “Acrylic Hair Clips” as accessories.

These items are available for pre-order on online retail sites such as “Getsuoshimart” until May 30th at 12:00 PM JST.
