June 11th marks the birthday of Tsuda Kenjirou-san.
Tsuda Kenjirou-san debuted in the 1990s and received the Best Lead Actor Award at the 15th Seiyuu Awards.
From 2024 to 2025, he has taken on main roles in a wide variety of titles, including dubbing work, such as NINJA KAMUI, Ramen Akaneko, Arai-san Carcal Dan, The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim, and Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two.
He is also active as an actor. He starred in the drama 1995 ~Underground Sarin Attack 30 Years: Voices from the Rescue Scene~ and is currently appearing in the NHK continuous television novel Anpan. On June 7th, he is scheduled to hold the “Tsuda Kenjirou -30th Anniversary- Dinner Show” to commemorate his 30th anniversary as a voice actor.
To celebrate Tsuda Kenjirou-san’s birthday, Anime! Anime! is once again conducting a reader survey titled “Which Character He Voiced Is Your Favorite?“, following up on last year’s poll. Please provide the character name and the title of the work you feel is the one in a free-response format.
*This includes characters from TV anime, movies, OVAs, streaming works, games, drama CDs, stage plays, dubbing, live-action, etc. Any character he has voiced is eligible.
*Please limit your response to one submission per person.
Basic information such as gender and age are optional fields, and you can participate without answering them. Please feel free to join in!
The deadline for responses is June 5th. The results of the survey will be published as soon as they are compiled. Look forward to it.
