Mattaku Saikin no Tantei to Kitara’ Unveils More Details!

The upcoming TV anime adaptation of Igarashi Masakuni’s unique detective comedy manga, titled **Mattaku Saikin no Tantei to Kitara** (which you might also know as *Detectives These Days Are Crazy!*), has just dropped a bunch of new information. The series is set to kick off on July 1 at 11:30 p.m. JST, airing first on AT-X before hitting Tokyo MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, and BS11. It’s being animated by LIDENFILMS, with Kujou Rion directing, Ikeda Rintarou handling the series composition, Koga Isoroku designing the characters, and Kikuya Tomoki composing the music.

Ending Theme Details
Fans can look forward to an exciting ending theme titled “GORI☆GORI Feez e-Girl!!”. About the Original Manga
The anime is based on the ongoing detective comedy manga by Igarashi Masakuni. The manga originally started serialization in **Dengeki Maoh** magazine back in April 2016. In Japan, Kadokawa published the 15th volume just recently in August 2024, showing the series is still going strong!
For international fans, One Peace Books has licensed the manga for English release. They announced the license in September 2024 and have already released the first volume on April 28. The second volume is scheduled to follow soon after on August 28.
