My Melody: 50 Years of Sweetness

My Melody, who debuted in 1975, is a kind and cheerful girl born on January 18th. She deeply cares for her younger brother. Her most treasured possession is the adorable hood her grandmother made for her. Her hobby is baking cookies, her favorite food is almond pound cake, and her dream for the future is to become a sweets shop owner. As a key member of the Sanrio Characters family, she continues to be cherished by countless fans as she celebrates her 50th anniversary.

Kuromi: 20 Years of Mischievous Charm

Kuromi might appear rough around the edges, but deep down, she’s incredibly girly! She debuted in 2005 and self-proclaims herself as “My Melody’s rival.” She absolutely loves handsome guys! Born on Halloween (October 31st), her charm points are her black hood and pink skull. Her favorite food is “rakkyou” (pickled scallions), and her hobby is keeping a diary. She’s also hooked on romance novels and her favorite color is black. She’s always working hard to “Kuromify” the world!

The “My Melody & Kuromi Anniversary | CASETiFY” collection celebrates the anniversaries of these two characters with designs brimming with party vibes.
