Source Material

The journey of Kizoku Tensei: Megumareta Umare kara Saikyou no Chikara wo Eru began online. Miki Nazuna started writing the adventure fantasy story on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website back in February 2019. The light novel found its way into print through SB Creative’s GA Bunko imprint, with illustrations provided by kyo. The first physical volume was released in September 2019. As of January 12, the series has published nine volumes, with the tenth volume slated for release on August 9. The light novel series boasts an impressive cumulative 1.5 million copies in print!

The story was also adapted into a manga, with art by Hanashima Hisui. Square Enix’s Manga UP! platform kicked off the manga adaptation’s serialization in December 2019. The ninth volume of the manga adaptation hit shelves on January 15. Fans outside of Japan can also follow the manga, as Manga UP! started publishing chapters in English in July 2022.
