The official website for the television anime adaptation of Sakaki Mochimaru‘s light novel Sekai Saikyou no Majo, Hajimemashita: Watashi dake “Kouryaku Site” wo Mireru Sekai de Jiyuu ni Ikimasu (also known as The World’s Strongest Witch) has announced two additional cast members and released the second character promotional video.
The anime is set to premiere on October 7 at 10:00 p.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by BS11 and TV Aichi on October 8.

The fantasy adventure light novel series was first published online on Shousetsuka ni Narou and Kakuyomu in May 2022. Square Enix began publishing the print edition under its SQEX Novel imprint in December 2022, with illustrations by riritto. The fifth volume was released in May 2025.
A manga adaptation drawn by Toga Tamaki began serialization in Getsumaga Kichi magazine in May 2023. The 12th volume shipped on May 8, and the 13th volume is scheduled for August 7.
Yen Press licensed the light novel in English and published the second volume on April 14. The third volume is set for release on November 10.
