My Melody has opened a delightful cake shop in Mariland, but ever since she encountered Heart in the forest, peculiar things have been happening around her. Meanwhile, just across the street, Kuromi’s wagashi shop is always deserted. Feeling the rivalry keenly, Kuromi is desperate to uncover the secret behind My Melody’s popular cakes. As both girls eagerly prepare for a sweets contest judged by the famous patissier Pistachio, they are completely unaware that an event is looming that will shake the very foundations of Mariland!

My Melody
Opening a cake shop in the cheerful world of Mariland, My Melody creates popular sweets with her friends Furatto-kun and Piano-chan. Her shop is always packed with happy customers!
Kuromi
Kuromi runs a wagashi shop directly opposite My Melody’s, but alas, it’s perpetually empty. She spends her days plotting how to finally triumph over My Melody’s thriving business.
Furatto-kun
My Melody’s very best friend, a slightly shy boy mouse. In the series, he’s always helping out at My Melody’s shop, coming up with new ideas. Even though he often gets swept up in My Melody’s whirlwind, it’s clear how much he cherishes her.
Piano-chan
Another one of My Melody’s friends, Piano-chan is a gentle and affectionate girl sheep. Her most adorable feature is her fluffy baby pink wool! In the series, she helps cheer on My Melody at the cake shop by playing the piano or even taking on DJ duties.

A renowned cat patissier famous for winning countless contests. He arrives in Mariland to serve as a judge for the highly anticipated sweets contest. After tasting My Melody’s and Kuromi’s creations during the competition, he seems to sense something special about them…
Kumo no Bannin (Original Character)
The guardian who watches over and protects the land of clouds. While he looks like a bear, his demeanor and words are unexpectedly cold. He appears suddenly before My Melody, blocking her path and turning her away.
