The beloved TV Anime `Chibi Maruko-chan` is teaming up with “Wonjungyo,” a cosmetics brand overseen by Won Jeong-yo, a makeup artist renowned for her work in Korean idol makeup! This exciting collaboration will launch four exclusive items on September 19, 2025, available in limited quantities.

About Chibi Maruko-chan
Based on the original manga by Sakura Momoko, `Chibi Maruko-chan` is a heartwarming series that joyfully, and sometimes wistfully, depicts the everyday lives of elementary school third-grader Maruko (Sakura Momoko), her family, and her friends. The original manga began its serialization in “Ribon” magazine in 1986, with a total of 18 volumes published. The TV anime started broadcasting in 1990, reaching its 1500th episode in May 2022. It has also been broadcast overseas, captivating hearts worldwide and continuing to be cherished by people everywhere.
The setting for the series, Shimizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture (now Shimizu Ward, Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture), became home to Japan’s only permanent `Chibi Maruko-chan` museum, “Chibi Maruko-chan Land,” which opened in 1999 and celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2024.
