Kuroko no Basuke: Kuroko Tetsuya, Kagami Taiga, and the “Generation of Miracles” Speak Through Their Backs in New “Tatakau Senaka ver.” Merchandise!
New merchandise featuring Kuroko Tetsuya, Kagami Taiga, and the “Generation of Miracles” from the TV anime Kuroko no Basuke, depicted in the “Tatakau Senaka ver.” (Fighting Backs ver.) illustration, has been released! Pre-orders are currently open on the online store AMNIBUS.
First aired in 2012, the TV anime Kuroko no Basuke is based on Fujimaki Tadatoshi’s basketball manga, which ran in “Weekly Shounen Jump” from 2009 to 2014.
The story follows the extraordinary talents of Teikou Middle School’s basketball club, renowned for its five prodigies known as the “Generation of Miracles.” However, there was a phantom sixth member (the “six-man”). In the new school year, Kuroko Tetsuya joins the Seirin High School basketball club. He is none other than the phantom sixth man of Teikou, specializing in passing the ball unnoticed by opponents.
The intense matchups between protagonist Kuroko Tetsuya, Kagami Taiga, and their unique teammates against rival schools quickly garnered widespread attention. The TV anime aired for three seasons, starting in April 2012. Following the series, Gekijouban Kuroko no Basuke LAST GAME (Kuroko no Basuke The Movie: LAST GAME), based on “Kuroko no Basuke EXTRA GAME” which was serialized in “Shounen Jump NEXT!!”, was released in 2017.
Now, new “Tatakau Senaka ver.” merchandise is available, featuring newly drawn illustrations of Kuroko Tetsuya, Kagami Taiga, Kise Ryouta, Midorima Shintarou, Aomine Daiki, Murasakibara Atsushi, and Akashi Seijuro. These items beautifully capture the impressive backs of these seven men, making a strong impression.
The trading goods lineup is extensive, with six different items. You can choose from the Trading Hologram Stick Acrylic Keychains, Trading Acrylic Name Plates, Trading Clear Cards, Trading Glitter Can Badges, Trading Postcards, and Trading Illustration Cards.
