Beyond the main story, TV anime theme songs, which skillfully condense a work’s entire world into a minute and a half, are also a major draw. This season boasts a diverse lineup of tracks, leaving fans wondering: which theme songs truly captured their hearts?
To find out, Anime! Anime! conducted a reader survey titled **”Which Fall 2025 Anime Theme Song Do You Like?”**. Over the survey period from October 27th to November 3rd, 103 individuals responded.
The gender ratio was almost even, with approximately 45 percent male and 55 percent female respondents. The age group was primarily younger audiences, with about 45 percent being 19 years old or younger.

Following its success in the OP theme ranking, **Boku no Hero Academia FINAL SEASON** also clinched the top spot for ED themes! The ending theme for this highly anticipated season is “I” by BUMP OF CHICKEN.
Fans particularly lauded the multi-layered lyrics, appreciating how they could be interpreted in various ways. Comments included, “You can feel what kind of hero the characters of *HeroAca* aspire to be throughout the lyrics,” and “It sounds like Deku conveying his beliefs to the villains, but also like words for everyone in Class A.” The ending animation also received widespread praise, with viewers noting, “It’s as if Deku’s journey so far is summarized in a notebook, condensing the entire world of *HeroAca* into 90 seconds. Fans who’ve followed the anime will definitely be moved!” and “The seamless connection from the end of episode 2 was incredibly touching!”

The ED theme ranking saw popular, long-loved titles take center stage, with *HeroAca* leading the pack.
For instance, Kalafina’s “Magia” from **Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magica Hajimari no Monogatari / Eien no Monogatari TV Edition** garnered passionate responses like, “This is one of *Madoka☆Magica*’s signature songs, rivaling ClariS’s ‘Connect’ as an OP theme.
