Overflowing with the simple joys of travel and winter camping, alongside the daily lives of high school girls living in Yamanashi Prefecture, comes the beloved series, 『Yuru Camp』. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of its manga serialization, the “『Yuru Camp』 10th Anniversary Exhibition \Gathered Up All Our Camping Memories/” is currently being held at Space 634 on the 5th floor of Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi until November 24, 2025.
Inside the venue, you’ll find a treasure trove of original manga and anime materials, exhibits tracing the journey and camping adventures of Rin and Nadeshiko from their first encounter to today, photo spots where you can become one of the main companions, and a wide array of exclusive merchandise. Anime!Anime! is excited to bring you this report, detailing all the highlights of the exhibition!
◆Delve into the History and Roots of 『Yuru Camp』 with an Extensive Timeline and Afuro-sensei’s Materials!
Upon entering the venue, visitors are immediately greeted by a long, winding timeline titled “Reflected on All Sorts of Memories!”. This detailed chronicle covers countless events, memorable locations, delicious foods, and camping gear, all presented with iconic scenes and images, tracing the journey from Rin and Nadeshiko’s first meeting in the manga and first TV anime episode all the way to the present.
At the end of the timeline corridor, just before the exhibition’s main title, an opening video plays! Original footage compiled from famous scenes from the manga is projected onto a massive wall-sized screen, building anticipation for the exciting exhibits that lie ahead.

Further inside, you’ll discover the “Afuro-sensei Area,” which begins with a warm greeting from the original creator, Afuro-sensei. Here, you can admire the stunning artwork from manga volume covers up close. The area also features a Q&A corner for the author, alongside reference photos of lush natural landscapes. At its heart, you’ll even find Afuro-sensei’s actual beloved chair, where Afuro Inu (Afuro Dog) can be seen relaxing with Chikuwa!
◆ “Ah, I remember that moment!” A Journey Through Anime Story Areas, Tracing Memories of Travel and Camping with Various Exhibits

Next, the Anime Area showcases memorable scenes from the first TV anime series, SEASON3, 『Heya Camp△』, and even the movie 『Yuru Camp△』, featuring our favorite companions as adults. Beyond the charming characters, the breathtaking beauty of the blue skies and magnificent natural landscapes truly leaves an impression.

During our visit, we were lucky enough to encounter the adorable Kigurumi Rin, a character mascot from 『Yuru Camp』! We managed to snap a photo of her thoroughly enjoying the exhibits!

A large pillar titled “Rin Nadeshiko’s Meeting” now comes into view! Beyond this point is the Story Area, where 『Yuru Camp』 is revisited through its various travels, camping trips, and everyday occurrences. With headings like “Izu Camp” and “First Kuri-Can (Christmas Camp),” just a glance will surely evoke joyous memories of “Ah… that moment!”

Beyond displaying scenes from the manga and anime, this section is filled with attractions that stir wanderlust alongside your 『Yuru Camp』 memories. Expect spot introductions, recreations of famous scenes, and props displayed to match the atmosphere! This includes an image of the capybaras enjoying an onsen bath that everyone loved during the Izu Camp, and even the mysterious book Rin was engrossed in during her solo camping trip!

Toba-sensei, the advisor of the Outdoor Activities Club and affectionately known as “Gubi-nee” for her love of drinks, also has her favorite Izu local sake, “Ikeike,” on display. Oh my, all the bottles seem to be empty, don’t they…?

There’s also a unique exhibit that reproduces culinary delights from the manga in ultra-realistic food samples. Hmm? Is someone watching…?

What’s this, a mirror for a “Funny Faces Feature”?

It’s a photo prop corner where you can transform into characters from famous “funny face” scenes and capture some hilarious pictures!

And of course, one of the highlights of 『Yuru Camp』 is its array of delicious gourmet dishes! Here, you’ll find recreations of Nadeshiko’s “Gomoku Shigureyaki” (mixed okonomiyaki) from Fujinomiya, Rin’s “Yaki Butaman” (grilled pork buns) from her solo camp, and the hearty “Hatanagi Damu Beef Stew Om-Hamburg Rice.” Inside a mess tin, Rin’s “Soup Pasta” from a solo camping trip is also faithfully recreated. Many other gourmet delights were also on display!

Next to the gourmet corner, there’s even a cutout panel of Nabeshiko-chan, the pot fairy!
◆The Massive Diorama: Overflowing with 10 Years of 『Yuru Camp』 Memories!

Dominating the center of the Story Area is a giant diorama, a three-dimensional map that allows visitors to relive their travel and camping memories. This magnificent creation is a masterpiece brimming with everyone’s love for 『Yuru Camp』, brought to life through a crowdfunding project, “『Yuru Camp』 10th Anniversary Exhibition: Let’s Make a Giant Diorama Project,” which raised over 28 million yen! It’s truly a sight to behold, featuring not only the 『Yuru Camp』 members but also countless miniatures inspired by cherished travel and camping memories.
◆A Photo Spot Where You Can “Camp Now with Yuru Camp Members”!

Behind the diorama, you’ll find life-sized panels recreating the main visual of the event, complete with two empty chairs. This is a special photo spot where you can sit in those chairs and feel like you’ve stepped right into the main visual! We highly recommend visiting the venue in your favorite outdoor fashion to capture a wonderful photo.
Next to the photo spot, there are also photos and videos from the “Gathered Up All Our 『Yuru Camp』 Memories Campaign,” showcasing memories shared by fans and celebratory autograph boards from the anime’s voice cast.

Filled with emotion, as you leave the exhibition area, a shop awaits, offering the event’s pamphlet, exclusive merchandise, popular goods, and even collaborative local gourmet items. The lineup is extensive, ranging from items you’d love to take on outings or camping trips, like the “Chikuwa & Hanpen On-the-Go Plushie Set,” to “Reproduction Art Print Sets A-C (4 types each)” that allow you to cherish famous scenes in your own hands.
This exhibition truly captures the essence of 『Yuru Camp』, and reflecting on these memories… makes you want to go on a trip or camping adventure!
『Yuru Camp』 creates a synergy greater than the sum of its parts, combining the charm of its story and characters with the appeal of outdoor leisure, local food, and onsen—truly capturing the magic of travel and camping. After experiencing this exhibition that reflects on these wonderful memories, the first thing we felt was an overwhelming desire to “go on a trip or camping trip!” This is undoubtedly because the fun and charm of travel and camping that adorn 『Yuru Camp』 were so effectively conveyed through the exhibition’s content. We highly recommend visiting, whether you want to get a taste of camping or use it as a reconnaissance mission for your next real adventure!
