Tokyo DisneySea Unveils a Global Dance Festival in New Show
Tokyo DisneySea gave a media preview of its brand new stage show, “Dance the Globe!” on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. The show’s theme is a grand festival of dance and music from around the world.

Premiering on Wednesday, January 14, “Dance the Globe!” is a brand new show that kicks off ahead of the anniversary event “Tokyo DisneySea 25th Anniversary: Sparkling Jubilee” (running from April 15, 2026, to March 31, 2027). The show marks a major milestone—it’s the first time in about 12 years that a new show will be performed on a special stage set up at Waterfront Park in the American Waterfront area!
A Celebration of Global Entertainment
As the show begins, Mickey Mouse extends an invitation to celebrate the entertainment born from the intermingling of various cultures. Disney friends gather from everywhere for a big celebration! It’s a joyous show where they each showcase a rich variety of dance and music styles from all over the globe.
Special Character Appearances
During the show, guests are treated to special appearances. Making her Tokyo DisneySea debut is Mirabel, the protagonist from the Disney film Encanto. She’s joined by Rapunzel from Tangled and Hiro from Big Hero 6, all coming together to celebrate with everyone.
A Spectacular Finale
The finale scene brings all the Disney friends and dancers together on stage to applaud each other’s cultures. The celebration reaches a vibrant climax with confetti and ribbons filling the air and spilling over into the audience seats.
Show Information
The new stage show “Dance the Globe!” is performed at Waterfront Park in American Waterfront. Each performance lasts approximately 25 minutes and is shown 2 to 4 times daily.
