The wait is over, and we finally have all the juicy details on what promises to be an unforgettable celebration.
A Globally-Traveled Event Makes Its Japanese Debut
This is a big deal! The “100% Doraemon & Friends” exhibition has already been a massive hit, touring seven major cities worldwide including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bangkok, and Taiwan. Now, it’s finally arriving on home turf for its first-ever Japanese run. To make it extra special, organizers have prepared a wonderfully diverse and rich lineup of displays to welcome every guest.

Dive Into the Heart of the Exhibition
The main attraction is the “100% Doraemon Manga World Exhibition,” which is split into nine fascinating zones. Here’s a sneak peek at what awaits:
The adventure begins at the “100% Mini Theater,” where two original animation shorts will be screened. These are themed around a new secret tool, the “100% Friend-Gathering Bell,” and an original Doraemon created exclusively for the Japan venue.
Step into the creative mind of the master at “The Sensei’s Desk,” a meticulous recreation of the actual workspace where Fujiko F. Fujio brought his stories to life. Then, lose yourself in the “Doraemon Mirror Room,” an infinite video space where you can fully immerse yourself in the unique and adorable presence of Doraemon.

Feel like you’ve jumped into the pages at the “Tentoumushi Comics World,” a fully immersive experience that makes you part of the manga. The “Colorful Doraemon Corridor” features a three-dimensional parade of Doraemons with various expressions. Paired with 17 carefully selected color original drawings from the manga, this area lets you appreciate Fujiko F. Fujio’s masterful use of color.
For a classic touch, the “Monochrome Original Art World” displays 20 monochrome original pieces alongside iconic scenes. And in “Nobita’s Manga Room,” famous scenes cherry-picked from all 45 volumes of the manga will be projected in stunning 3D projection mapping.

The “Doraemon Feature-Length World” zone conveys the grandeur of these epic tales through 10 types of wall projections, 30 original art pieces, and a variety of life-sized Doraemon figures. Don’t miss the “Doraemon’s 100% Secret Tool Room,” where gadgets seem to have popped right out of the 4D pocket. Get up close with familiar favorites like the Time Kerchief, Air Cannon, and Take-copter!

Head outside to the outdoor area and be greeted by a truly colossal sight: a gigantic Doraemon balloon standing at a record-breaking 12 meters tall! It serves as a special photo spot where Doraemon and all his friends are gathered together.
