A Fashion Dream Collab: Rika-chan Meets Retro Cool
The iconic dress-up doll Rika-chan is teaming up with the legendary fashion brand SAILORS for a special collaboration lottery, making its first-ever appearance at 7-Eleven and Ito-Yokado stores. Titled “Rika-chan Kuzu × SAILORS”, this exciting lottery is now on sale from February 13, 2026.
About Rika-chan
Born in 1967, the Rika-chan dress-up doll has been shaping the dreams and aspirations of children for generations, constantly evolving with the times and trends. She’s famous for her “role-play” and “fashion play” with dresses and houses, and is unique for having her own detailed profile including age, family, and friends. In recent years, she’s gotten even more popular through official SNS accounts and a YouTube channel.
The Iconic SAILORS Brand
This collab pairs Rika-chan with SAILORS, a Japanese fashion brand known for its pop designs based on a marine look. In the 1980s, it exploded in popularity, especially with young people, becoming a symbol of Harajuku culture. Thanks to the retro boom and recent TV costume features, SAILORS is getting love again from the original fans and the Gen Z crowd alike.
Prize Lineup: Retro Kawaii Galore!
The “Rika-chan Kuzu × SAILORS” lottery features a total of 24 regular prizes + 1 Last Prize. The lineup includes dolls dressed in SAILORS outfits, Rika-chan clothes and goods printed with the “Sailor-kun” mark. You can get the standard-sized doll (about 22cm) and also a mini-doll “Puchi Rika-chan” (about 7cm)!
The Puchi Rika-chan dolls, decked out in SAILORS fashion, are designed to stand on their own (when wearing shoes) and have movable arms and legs for fun posing.
The standard-sized dolls come in four styles: the red miniskirt “01 Cheer Style”, the colorful trainer and striped pants “02 Casual Style”, the striped “03 Overalls Style”, and the Last Prize “Red Stajan Style”.
The Last Prize features a red stajan (track jacket) worn by overseas celebrities, coordinated with a whole “retro-cute” red outfit including a hair ribbon, checkered skirt, and shoes.
Must-Have Fashion Goods
Also check out the “08 Pouch” and “09 Tote Bag” designed with Rika-chan and Sailor-kun. The best part? They’re reversible, so you can use either side!
Items like the “10 Mini Clear Pouch” and “11 Die-Cut Keychain” come with plastic hooks, so you can attach them to your bag or pouch and take them out on the town.

The “Rika-chan Kuzu × SAILORS” lottery is ¥935 (including tax) per try. It’s available from February 13th at 7-Eleven and Ito-Yokado stores across Japan.
