Get ready for an epic kaiju clash! A brand-new diorama from the “Godzilla” series is now installed in the 8th-floor lobby of the Hotel Gracery Shinjuku in Tokyo. This diorama exhibition is planned to unfold in two phases this year, with the first wave featuring a face-off between Godzilla, Hedora, and Ebirah from the movie ‘Godzilla FINAL WARS’.

Diving into the Eighth Chapter of a Legendary Exhibition
The Godzilla diorama exhibition at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku has been a continuously running event since 2023 under the supervision of Toho, and this installment marks its impressive eighth season. This time, the theme draws inspiration from the 2004 film ‘Godzilla FINAL WARS’, letting the imagination run wild with one of the series’ most explosive entries.
A Spectacle of Light and Legendary Monsters
The display is truly breathtaking. Set against a vibrant blue lighting effect that mimics the ocean’s surface, the sharp-eyed Godzilla faces off against two popular kaiju: Hedora and Ebirah. It’s a powerful presentation that welcomes hotel guests with a grand, imposing spectacle right from the moment they arrive.

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku: A Shinjuku Landmark and Godzilla Haven
A landmark in Shinjuku, Hotel Gracery Shinjuku celebrates its 11th anniversary this year. Thanks to its collaboration with Toho, it boasts attractions like the nearly life-sized, approximately 12-meter tall “Godzilla Head” obelisk, the immersive “Godzilla Room,” and the “Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah Room.” These features have made it a hit not only with domestic fans but also with international visitors to Japan.
