The story follows two agents of a secret organization called DA (Direct Attack), which works to prevent crimes before they happen. On one side, you have the free-spirited optimist Nishikigi Chisato, who is also the strongest Lycoris in history. On the other, the cool and efficiency-obsessed Inoue Takina, a girl who ends up working at the café “LycoReco” for… complicated reasons. Their dynamic—Chisato’s carefree attitude clashing with Takina’s more serious nature—is the heart of the series.
