The anime Mob Psycho 100 will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the first TV anime season in July 2026. To express gratitude to fans who have supported the series, various projects have been announced.
Mob Psycho 100 is a psychic youth comedy by ONE, serialized from 2012 to 2017 on Ura Sunday and the MangaONE (Shogakukan) app. It follows the story of a boy with psychic powers, Shigeo Kageyama (Mob), and his self-proclaimed psychic master, Arataka Reigen, as they meet friends, clash, and grow.
Today, May 12, is the protagonist Mob’s birthday, and a 10th anniversary key visual by character designer Yoshimichi Kameda has been released. Until the anniversary date, July 12 (Sunday), fan-engagement projects will be held on social media to once again convey the charm of the series.
As part of this, the official X account (@mobpsycho_anime) is running a hashtag campaign “#私のモブサイコ100”. Fans can submit answers to themes, and the posts will be used to look back together on memories of Mob Psycho 100. The first theme is “Your favorite scene,” and fans are encouraged to post their favorite scene on X from May 12 (Tuesday) to May 19 (Tuesday). Details for subsequent rounds will be announced on the official X account.
Also, three years after the 2023 Mob Psycho 100 III graduation event, a 10th anniversary reunion event titled “Mob Psycho 100 Anime 10th Anniversary Event ~Reunion~” has been announced. It will take place on July 12, 2026 (Sunday) at Fukagawa Mirai Hall (Kawaguchi Lilia Main Hall) in Saitama Prefecture, with two performances (day and night).
Commemorative comments have also arrived from original creator ONE, general director Yuzuru Tachikawa, and protagonist Shigeo Kageyama voice actor Setsuo Ito. ONE also contributed a special illustration.
