New merchandise from the TV anime Gintama has been announced, featuring fan-favorite characters in relaxed and playful poses. The lineup includes large acrylic stands, 65mm can badges, and the popular “Piyokotte” acrylic accessories. Pre-orders are currently open at the Cospa Online Shop and other retailers, with a scheduled release in late July 2026.
Gintama remains a beloved franchise set in an Edo where values were turned upside down by the arrival of the Amanto (aliens). Combining slapstick comedy, heart-pounding action, and heartfelt human bonds, the TV anime aired from 2006 for 13 years, concluding with episode 367 in October 2018. The series also spawned theatrical films: Gintama: The Movie: The Final Chapter: Be Forever Yorozuya (2013), Gintama THE FINAL (2021), and most recently New Gintama Movie: Yoshiro Great Fire, released on February 13, 2026, adapting the popular “Yoshiro Burning” arc in widescreen CinemaScope.
20cm Acrylic Stands Capture Iconic Moments
The three large acrylic stands showcase characters in distinctive everyday scenes: Gintoki Sakata indulging in a parfait for his sugar fix, Toushirou Hijikata taking a smoke break, and Sougo Okita just waking up from sleep. Each stand measures approximately 20cm tall (within 14cm width) and comes with a base (within 9×5cm), making them perfect for display on desks or shelves. They are priced at 2,530 yen (tax included) each.
Can Badge Set Features Night Sakura Design
A total of five 65mm can badges are also available, ideal for attaching to bags or clothing. Highlights include a special night sakura version of Gintoki and Sadaharu. The line-up includes:

Each measures about 80mm and costs 1,100 yen (tax included).
