Cinnamoroll is getting a charming new limited-edition sweet treat: the “Cinnamoroll Assorted Chocolate” (シナモロール アソーテッドチョコレート), featuring a Japan-inspired design. The box will be sold exclusively at Kansai International Airport starting June 2, 2026.
Sanrio is currently holding its “Sanrio Character Ranking” contest. In the midterm standings, Pompompurin took first place, having reclaimed the top spot last year for the first time in nine years. After ranking second in the initial announcement, Pompompurin surged ahead by achieving provisional first place in 11 countries and regions. Cinnamoroll (which finished 2025 in second place) is in second place, and Pochacco (third in 2025) is in third. All eyes are on the final results.
This product is a Kansai International Airport-exclusive collaboration sweets box. The box features a large design of Cinnamoroll, whose curly tail is his charm point, combined with icons that evoke a Japanese aesthetic, making it a perfect souvenir.
