The show’s final broadcast is scheduled for the end of June 2026, with the next episode on June 1 featuring special guest Nakajima Kento.
Abrupt Farewell to “Kitani-pon”
Kitani Tatsuya first gained attention in the early 2010s by posting original songs online, later building a career as both a performer and songwriter for other artists. His breakthrough came in 2023 when he provided the opening theme “Ao no Sumika” for the anime Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 (the “Kaigyoku / Gyokusetsu” arc), which also earned him a spot on the prestigious NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen.
On May 26, 2026, the official X account for Kitani Tatsuya no All Night Nippon 0 posted: “#Kitani Tatsuya no All Night Nippon 0, 58th episode ‘Kitani-pon wa Erai-pon.’ Thank you for your support until the end of June. Next week’s broadcast features #Nakajima Kento-san.” The announcement confirmed the program would not continue after Kitani’s medical leave.
