The globally popular 3DCG animated series Spookiz has released a new spotlight video introducing its latest character, the tengu monster Momo. The video premiered on May 29, 2025 at 21:00 JST.
Spookiz is a hugely successful YouTube series with 6.33 million subscribers and over 3.3 billion total views, winning fans in the United States and around the world. Its short, non-verbal character animation style has made it accessible to a wide audience.
Last October, the series launched a new season — Spookiz -Monsters Awakening- — after a roughly five-year hiatus. This season shifts the setting to Japan and introduces new characters inspired by Japanese yokai.
