The official website for the television anime adaptation of Kei Misawa and Natsu Mizuno‘s “Kimi wo Aisuru Ki wa Nai” to Itta Jiki Koushaku-sama ga Nazeka Dekiai shitekimasu (The Duke’s Son Claims He Won’t Love Me yet Showers Me with Adoration) manga has revealed additional staff, a second key visual, theme song details, and a promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere on the 5th at 1:30 a.m. on TV Asahi’s NUMAnimation programming block, followed by BS Asahi.

Theme Songs
Singer-songwriter Riria (Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon) performs the opening theme “Itsuka, chanto.” and sorato (Isshun de Chiryou shiteita noni Yakutatazu to Tsuihou sareta Tensai Chiyushi, Yami Healer toshite Tanoshiku Ikiru) performs the ending theme “Saishuukai.” Both are previewed in the promotional video.
Production Team
Hitoyuki Matsui (Karakuri Zoushi Ayatsuri Sakon) is directing the anime at Zero-G and Grass. Tomoko Konparu (Kimi ni Todoke) is handling the series composition, Yuuko Yahiro (Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen) is designing the characters, and Michiru (Given) is composing the music.
Manga Information
Misawa and Mizuno began serializing the fantasy romance manga on the BookLive web service in February 2021. Flex Comix published the fifth volume on March 13. The manga is also available in English on the MangaPlaza web service. A novel adaptation launched on BookLive in October 2021.
