The popular theatrical anime series KING OF PRISM is set to receive a massive television marathon on CS channel Nitteleplus (Nippon TV Plus) on June 21, 2026. The event, titled “KING OF PRISM 10th Anniversary Project: Everyone Cheer Broadcasting Party!” will run for eight and a half hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM JST, and includes the first television broadcast of the latest film KING OF PRISM-Your Endless Call-み～んなきらめけ！プリズム☆ツアーズ (affectionately called Kintsuā).

Directed and chief-directed by Masakazu Hishida, the KING OF PRISM franchise began with the first film KING OF PRISM by PrettyRhythm in 2016. It is widely credited with popularizing the “cheering screenings” (where audiences wave penlights and shout encouragement) in Japan. The series follows a group of charismatic boys devoted to the integrated entertainment show called Prism Show—combining song, dance, and prism jumps—as they aim to become the top “Prism Star” who makes the audience’s hearts race. The franchise has thrilled a cumulative total of 1.55 million viewers, and the latest installment, released in June 2025, is still enjoying long-running screenings across Japan a year later.
For the marathon, a special viewer vote is currently underway until June 14. KING OF PRISM-Your Endless Call-み～んなきらめけ！プリズム☆ツアーズ was originally shown with four different routes (versions). Fans can cast their votes to decide which of those four routes will be broadcast on the day—the route earning the most votes will air.
