Union Creative is bringing a unique transformation to life with the “To Love-Ru Darkness School Uniform Series Yuzuki Riko” figure. This 28cm scale statue captures the female form of series protagonist Yuki Rito, who temporarily becomes the girl Yuzuki Riko. Priced at 19,800 yen (tax included), the figure is scheduled for release in December 2026.
“To Love-Ru – Trouble – Darkness” is an ecchi romantic comedy originally drawn by Yabuki Kentarou with story by Hasemi Saki, serialized in Shueisha’s Jump Square. A spin-off of the original “To Love-Ru – Trouble -“, the series centers on Lala’s younger sister Momo, who devises a “harem plan” to turn the shy Rito into a more assertive lover. The television anime aired its first season in 2012 and a second in 2015, with OVA episodes bundled with limited edition manga volumes.
The Yuzuki Riko figure is a faithful three-dimensional rendition of Rito’s transformed self. Compared to his normal male appearance, the figure features rounded, feminine facial features, soft eyes, and gently flowing hair. Even knowing the character is originally male, the result is undeniably cute — perfect for rediscovering the character’s unique charm.
