The third collaboration event between the TV anime Blue Lock and Tokyo Joypolis, titled “Blue Lock in JOYPOLIS 3,” will run from July 3 (Friday) to September 11 (Friday), 2026. This year’s event promises an even bigger scale, featuring new attraction collaborations, exclusive merchandise, themed food and drinks, and special birthday celebrations for five characters.
Blue Lock is the hit manga by Kaneshiro Muneyuki and Nomura Yuusuke, serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine. With over 50 million copies in circulation worldwide and a Kodansha Manga Award win in the shonen category, the story follows 300 high school forwards invited to the “Blue Lock” project, a brutal training program designed to create the world’s greatest striker to lead Japan to World Cup victory. The TV anime has a new series in production, and a live-action film is set for summer 2026.
Special Show
The main stage on the 1st floor will screen a digest of the TV anime using projection mapping, lighting, and lasers. From July 3 to August 7, a revival of the previous collaboration’s special show will be shown. From August 8 to September 11, a newly produced show using footage from the second TV series, Blue Lock VS. U-20 JAPAN, will debut. Both shows include special narration from the egoists. Admission is free with park entry.
