
New merchandise from the Haikyuu!! franchise brings players from Shiratorizawa Academy, Inarizaki High, Kamomedai High, and Itachiyama Academy to life in the adorable “mochocho series.” The goods are scheduled for shipment in mid-September 2026.
Haikyuu!! is a landmark sports manga by Furudate Haruichi, serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump from February 2012 for eight and a half years. The series has sold over 75 million copies worldwide. The television anime adaptation began in 2014 and ran through four seasons until December 2020, captivating fans both in Japan and abroad. The 2024 theatrical film Haikyuu!! The Dumpster Battle (Gomisuteba no Kessen) depicted the intense rivalry between Karasuno and Nekoma, earning over 20 billion yen at the global box office and winning the Japan Academy Prize for Best Animation.
This latest “mochocho series” features newly drawn chibi illustrations of the following players:
- Shiratorizawa Academy: Ushijima Wakatoshi, Tendou Satori, Shirabu Kenjiro
- Inarizaki High: Miya Atsumu, Miya Osamu, Kita Shinsuke, Suna Rintarou
- Kamomedai High: Hoshiumi Korai
- Itachiyama Academy: Sakusa Kiyoomi

The product lineup includes acrylic keyholders, clear card stickers, big acrylic stands, acrylic stands, star-shaped can badges, round leather badges, and hexagonal can badges.
In addition, everyday items such as face towels, T-shirts, bangs clips (which can be used as hair clips or attached to pockets as accents), compact folding mirrors, and flat clear pouches are also available.

Fans can enjoy the strong school players from the national tournament in cute chibi form, a hallmark of the “mochocho series.”
