Medalist Pop-Up Store Opens at Shinjuku Marui Men with Flower Field Merchandise

A pop-up store for the TV anime Medalist will open at Shinjuku Marui Men from July 4 to July 12, 2026, featuring brand-new merchandise themed around a flower field. The limited-time event will showcase original illustrations of the series’ beloved characters.

Medalist is a manga by Tsuruma Ikada serialized in Kodansha’s Afternoon magazine. Set in the world of figure skating, it follows the story of Kessoku Inori and her coach Akeuraji Tsukasa as they aim for Olympic gold. The first TV anime season aired in 2025, followed by a second season in January 2026. A theatrical film covering the All Japan Novice competition against their greatest rival, Oozaki Hikaru, is scheduled for release in 2027.

The new merchandise uses illustrations of four characters: Kessoku Inori, Akeuraji Tsukasa, Oozaki Hikaru, and Yataka Jun, all set in a flower field. The lineup includes a diorama acrylic stand with a background, a badge set available in regular and hologram versions, a big bromide and clear file set, and a collective acrylic diorama featuring all four characters. A playful name badge–style acrylic badge is also available, listing each character’s birthday, blood type, and club affiliation.

Sticker sets come in two designs: one for Kessoku Inori & Akeuraji Tsukasa, and another for Oozaki Hikaru & Yataka Jun, highlighting their mentor–student relationships. An acrylic coaster with a stand and a caramel tin with a badge lid are also on offer, perfect for enjoying tea time with the characters.

Trading items include acrylic keyholders and acrylic cards, each with six varieties available individually or in boxes.

During the event, customers who spend 4,400 yen (tax included) per transaction on eligible products will receive a random strap from a set of four designs, while supplies last.

The pop-up store runs until July 12. Don’t miss these charming, flower-themed items available only at this venue.
