A limited-time collaboration café for the popular anime Kusuriya no Hitorigoto (The Apothecary Diaries) is set to open under the theme “Icy Dessert Coolness” (氷菓の涼). The café will run from July 24 to August 9, 2026, at three Share CAFE locations: Tokyo (Harakado), Osaka (Shinsaibashi BIGSTEP), and Fukuoka (Hakata Marui).

The series, which has surpassed 45 million copies in cumulative circulation, follows the story of Maomao, a young girl working as a poison taster in the imperial palace, as she solves various mysteries. After the second season of the TV anime ended in July 2025, a third season and a theatrical film were announced. Season 3 is scheduled to air in October 2026 as a split two-cour, and the film is set for release in December 2026.
Collaboration Menu
The café offers a range of cool food and drink items inspired by the characters, including shaved ice and soda. Each drink order comes with an acrylic charm of the corresponding character, and each food order includes a character pick. Additionally, for every item ordered, customers will receive one random original coaster from a set of six designs.
Original Goods
Exclusive merchandise featuring newly drawn illustrations of Maomao and Jinshi in cool summer attire will be available. The lineup includes hologram can badges, foil-stamped clear cards, mini character acrylic stands, diorama acrylic stained glass, and tote bags. These goods will be sold both at the café venues and on the official EC site “Anique Shop.”

During the event period, for every 3,300 yen (tax included) spent on eligible goods, customers will receive one random original bromide from a set of four designs. Different designs will be distributed at the café venues and via web sales.
Reservation and Purchase Details
Reservations for the café are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, starting from July 2 at 18:00. Walk-in entry may be available if there are open slots. Each customer may order up to one of each item (maximum six items total per person). Purchase limits may apply to goods depending on availability.
