The third installment in the series of capsule toys based on Osamu Tezuka’s classic manga characters is set to arrive in mid-July 2026. Titled “Tetsuwan Atom Figure Collection,” the lineup includes four different figures of the iconic robot boy.
Often called the “God of Manga,” Tezuka Osamu created around 700 works since his debut in 1946. His stories remain fresh even decades after his passing, offering timeless entertainment while raising questions about social issues and human nature that still resonate today.
Among his most famous creations is Tetsuwan Atom (Astro Boy), an SF hero manga featuring a young robot with 100,000 horsepower and seven special abilities. The series also became Japan’s first continuous TV anime and is beloved worldwide as an enduring masterpiece.
Following the first collection featuring Pinoco (April 2025) and the second with Unico (February 2026), this third wave recreates Atom himself with meticulous attention to detail. The figure captures the character’s enduring appeal across generations.
The figure boasts an adorable, lively expression, with a glossy head and shiny shoes that add to its charm.
The product is available in two formats: a capsule toy version and a box version. Pre-orders for the box version are currently being accepted at KENELE STORE, the official online shop of Kenelephant.
